Our 2023 rankings named The University of Texas at Austin the most popular school in the Southwest Region for visual and performing arts students working on their master’s degree. Located in the city of Austin, UT Austin is a public school with a fairly large student population.
Of the 118 students majoring in visual and performing arts at UT Austin, 40% are male and 60% are female.

Out of the 43 schools in the Southwest Region that were part of this year’s ranking, University of North Texas landed the # 2 spot on the list. UNT is a fairly large public school located in the midsize city of Denton.
