To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from the Dance program at each school on the list.

Our 2023 rankings named New York University the most popular school in the Middle Atlantic Region for dance students working on their master’s degree. NYU is a fairly large private not-for-profit school located in the city of New York.
Women make up 86% of the dance majors at the school.
