Our analysis looked at 133 schools in the Southeast Region to see which doctor's degree programs were the most popular for students. To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from the Education program at each school on the list.

Our 2023 rankings named Liberty University the most popular school in the Southeast Region for education students working on their doctor’s degree. Liberty University is a very large private not-for-profit school located in the small city of Lynchburg.

Out of the 133 schools in the Southeast Region that were part of this year’s ranking, Nova Southeastern University landed the # 2 spot on the list. NUS Florida is a very large private not-for-profit school located in the large suburb of Fort Lauderdale.
