To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from the Real Estate program at each school on the list.

Top 10 Most Popular Real Estate Master's Degree Schools
Our analysis found New York University to be the most popular school for real estate students who want to pursue a master’s degree in the United States. NYU is a very large private not-for-profit school located in the large city of New York.
About 24% of the students majoring in real estate at the school are women while 76% are male.
The in-demand master’s degree programs at Georgetown University helped the school earn the #2 place on this year’s ranking of the most popular real estate schools in the United States. Located in the large city of Washington, Georgetown is a private not-for-profit college with a fairly large student population.
Of the 169 students majoring in real estate at Georgetown, 75% are male and 25% are female.

With a ranking of #8, University of Colorado Boulder did quite well on this year’s most popular schools for real estate students working on their master’s degree. Located in the midsize city of Boulder, CU - Boulder is a public college with a very large student population.
