Our analysis looked at 398 schools in the United States to see which bachelor's degree programs were the most popular for students. To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from the General Business/Commerce program at each school on the list.

The following schools top our list of the Most Popular General Business/Commerce Bachelor's Degree Colleges.

Our analysis found Indiana University - Bloomington to be the most popular school for general business/commerce students who want to pursue a bachelor’s degree in the United States. IU Bloomington is a fairly large public school located in the small city of Bloomington.

About 36% of the students majoring in general business at the school are women while 64% are male.

General Business majors at IU Bloomington take out an average of $18,500 in student loans while working on their Bachelor's Degree. The average monthly payment of a loan this size is about $556, assuming that the borrower is on a 10-year repayment plan.

A rank of #2 on this year’s list means Northeastern University is a great place for general business/commerce students working on their bachelor’s degree. Northeastern is a fairly large private not-for-profit school located in the large city of Boston.
