About 40% of the students majoring in visual and performing arts at the school are women while 60% are male.

The in-demand doctor’s degree programs at Arizona State University - Tempe helped the school earn the #3 place on this year’s ranking of the most popular visual and performing arts schools in the Southwest Region . Located in the midsize city of Tempe, ASU - Tempe is a public school with a fairly large student population.

Out of the 14 schools in the Southwest Region that were part of this year’s ranking, Texas Tech University landed the # 4 spot on the list. Located in the large city of Lubbock, Texas Tech is a public college with a fairly large student population.

Of the 32 students majoring in visual and performing arts at Texas Tech, 44% are male and 56% are female.
