Victoria College landed the #25 spot in the 2023 rankings for the best undergraduate certificate programs.
Full-time students from Texas pay an average of $3,840 in tuition and fees if they choose to attend Victoria College. Out-of-state students pay an average of $4,872. On average, undergraduate certificate students take out $15,078 in loans while pursuing their degree.
