Our 2023 rankings named Brown University the best value school in the New England Region for public policy students working on their bachelor’s degree. Brown is a large private not-for-profit school located in the midsize city of Providence.
The average tuition and fees for an out-of-state undergraduate student at Brown are $62,304 a year.
