This report analyzed 322 schools in the United States to see which ones were the most popular master's degree programs for students. To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from the Chemistry program at each school on the list.

The colleges and universities below are the most popular for chemistry majors pursuing a master's degree.

Our analysis found Ohio University - Athens Campus to be the most popular school for chemistry students who want to pursue a master’s degree in the United States. OHIO Athens is a very large public school located in the town of Athens.

About 58% of the students majoring in chemistry at the school are women while 42% are male.

A rank of #2 on this year’s list means University of Oregon is a great place for chemistry students working on their master’s degree. Located in the medium-sized city of Eugene, UO is a public school with a fairly large student population.
