Our analysis found The University of Texas at Austin to be the most popular school for special education students who want to pursue a doctor’s degree in the Southwest Region . UT Austin is a fairly large public school located in the city of Austin.

Of the 9 students majoring in special ed at UT Austin, 22% are male and 78% are female.

Lubbock, TX

The in-demand doctor’s degree programs at Texas Tech University helped the school earn the #2 place on this year’s ranking of the most popular special education schools in the Southwest Region . Texas Tech is a very large public school located in the city of Lubbock.

About 80% of the students majoring in special ed at the school are women while 20% are male.
