To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from the General Education program at each school on the list.

Our analysis found Grand Canyon University to be the most popular school for general education students who want to pursue a master’s degree in the Southwest Region . Located in the large city of Phoenix, Grand Canyon University is a private for-profit school with a fairly large student population.

About 84% of the students majoring in education at the school are women while 16% are male.
