To assist you in seeing some of the education options that are available to you, Course Advisor has created its Most Popular General Education Bachelor's Degree Schools ranking. This report analyzed 337 schools in the United States to see which ones were the most popular bachelor's degree programs for students. To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from the General Education program at each school on the list.

Our analysis found Texas A&M University - College Station to be the most popular school for general education students who want to pursue a bachelor’s degree in the United States. Located in the city of College Station, Texas A&M College Station is a public school with a fairly large student population.

Women make up 95% of the education majors at the school.

Out of the 337 schools in the United States that were part of this year’s ranking, University of California - Irvine landed the # 2 spot on the list. UC Irvine is a very large public school located in the large city of Irvine.

About 82% of the students majoring in education at the school are women while 18% are male.

While working on their Bachelor's Degree, education majors at UC Irvine accumulate an average of around $15,329 in student debt. When it comes time to repay the loan, graduates who are on a 10-year repayment plan pay an average monthly payment of $230.
