To assist you in seeing some of the education options that are available to you, Course Advisor has created its Most Popular Accounting Schools in the New England Region ranking. This report analyzed 122 schools in the New England Region to see which ones were the most popular programs for students. To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from the Accounting program at each school on the list.

The following schools top our list of the Most Popular Accounting Colleges.

Our analysis found Southern New Hampshire University to be the most popular school for accounting students who want to pursue a degree in the New England Region . Located in the midsize suburb of Manchester, SNHU is a private not-for-profit college with a fairly large student population.

While working on their degree, accounting majors at SNHU accumulate an average of around $28,471 in student debt.

You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around you if you attend University of Massachusetts Amherst. The school came in at #2 on this year’s Most Popular Accounting Schools in the New England Region list. UMass Amherst is a very large public school located in the large suburb of Amherst.

The excellent programs at University of Connecticut helped the school earn the #3 place on this year’s ranking of the best accounting schools in the New England Region . UCONN is a fairly large public school located in the large suburb of Storrs.

The average amount in student loans that accounting majors at UCONN take out is $23,250. For students who choose a 10-year repayment plan, the average monthly student loan payment is $418.
