This report analyzed 12 schools in Hawaii to see which ones were the most popular associate degree programs for students. To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from each school on the list.

Pearl City, Hawaii is the setting for this medium-sized institution of higher learning. The public school handed out associate degrees to 1,038 students in 2020-2021.
In-state students pay an average of $3,209 in tuition and fees if they attend Leeward CC full time. Out-of-state students pay an average of $8,345. By the time they get their associate degree, students from this school have racked up an average of $14,271 in student loans. Around 61% of those degree recipients were women.

The average tuition and fees at Hawaii Pacific University is $30,020. In-state students do not receive a discount, however you may be able to reduce your price if you receive financial aid. Around 47% of those degree recipients were women.

With a ranking of #12, Pacific Rim Christian University did quite well on this year’s most popular schools for students working on their associate degree. Honolulu, Hawaii is the setting for this very small institution of higher learning. The private not-for-profit school handed out associate degrees to 10 students in 2020-2021.
The average tuition and fees at Pacific Rim Christian University is $12,380. In-state students do not receive a discount, however you may be able to reduce your price if you receive financial aid. Of those students who received their degree, 50% were women.
