Our 2023 rankings named University of Nevada - Reno the best school in Nevada for students working on their bachelor’s degree.
Full-time students from Nevada pay an average of $8,737 in tuition and fees if they choose to attend UNR. Out-of-state students pay an average of $24,827. By the time they get their bachelor’s degree, students from this school have racked up an average of $20,835 in student loans.
UNR does have options available for those who want to take online classes. You will need to check with the school to see if they are available for your specific major. In fact, around 26% of the undergraduate population registered for at least one online class in 2019-2020.
A rank of #2 on this year’s list means Nevada State College is a great place for students working on their bachelor’s degree.
Full-time students from Nevada pay an average of $6,075 in tuition and fees if they choose to attend NSC. If you are from out of state, expect to pay an average of $19,440. On average, bachelor’s degree students take out $28,936 in loans while pursuing their degree.
You may have the opportunity to take online classes at NSC. In 2019-2020 about 40% of the undergraduate students at the school chose to take one or more online courses.
A rank of #3 on this year’s list means University of Phoenix - Nevada is a great place for students working on their bachelor’s degree.
On average, bachelor’s degree students take out $42,682 in loans while pursuing their degree.
One thing to take note of is that UOPX - Nevada does offer online classes in some areas. To give an idea of how popular online courses are at the school, 40% of undergraduates took at least one course online in 2019-2020.
The excellent bachelor’s degree programs at University of Nevada - Las Vegas helped the school earn the #4 place on this year’s ranking of the best schools in Nevada.
Students from Nevada who attend UNLV full time pay an average of $8,737 in tuition and fees. Those students who come from outside the state pay an average of $24,828. On average, bachelor’s degree students take out $23,884 in loans while pursuing their degree.
Online courses are available at UNLV, but you will need to check with the school to see if they are available for your field of interest. During the 2019-2020 year, about 99% of the undergraduates at the school took at least one online course.
Out of the 6 schools in Nevada that were part of this year’s ranking, Sierra Nevada College landed the # 5 spot on the list.
If you want to attend SNC, expect to pay an average of $35,508 in tuition and fees. Of course, this could be reduced if you receive financial aid. Bachelor’s Degree recipients from SNC accumulate an average of $28,104 in student debt by the time they complete their degree.
College of Southern Nevada came in at #6 in this year’s edition of the Best Bachelor’s Degree Schools in Nevada ranking.
In-state students pay an average of $3,848 in tuition and fees if they attend CSN full time. Those students who come from outside the state pay an average of $11,534. On average, bachelor’s degree students take out $12,204 in loans while pursuing their degree.
Some students may be able to take online classes at CSN. In fact, around 66% of the undergraduate population registered for at least one online class in 2019-2020.
