Our 2023 rankings named Boston University the most popular school in the New England Region for music students working on their doctor’s degree. Boston U is a very large private not-for-profit school located in the large city of Boston.

Women make up 68% of the music majors at the school.

West Hartford, CT

A rank of #2 on this year’s list means University of Hartford is a great place for music students working on their doctor’s degree. UHart is a medium-sized private not-for-profit school located in the medium-sized city of West Hartford.

Of the 14 students majoring in music at UHart, 71% are male and 29% are female.
