To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from the Psychology program at each school on the list.

Our 2023 rankings named Florida International University the most popular school in Florida for psychology students. FIU is a very large public school located in the large suburb of Miami.

On average, psychology graduates from FIU take out $19,331 in student loans while working on their degree. Assuming that a graduate chooses a 10-year repayment plan, the average monthly loan payment is $124.

You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around you if you attend University of Central Florida. The school came in at #2 on this year’s Most Popular Psychology Schools in Florida list. UCF is a fairly large public school located in the large suburb of Orlando.

On average, psychology graduates from UCF take out $21,250 in student loans while working on their degree. This translates to an average monthly loan payment of $132, based on a 10-year repayment plan.

Out of the 49 schools in Florida that were part of this year’s ranking, Florida State University landed the # 3 spot on the list. Florida State is a fairly large public school located in the midsize city of Tallahassee.
