Our 2023 rankings named University of Florida the most popular school in the Southeast Region for general psychology students working on their doctor’s degree. Located in the midsize city of Gainesville, UF is a public school with a fairly large student population.

Of the 29 students majoring in psychology at UF, 34% are male and 66% are female.

You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend North Carolina State University. It ranked #2 on our 2023 Most Popular General Psychology Doctor’s Degree Schools in the Southeast Region list. Located in the city of Raleigh, NC State is a public school with a fairly large student population.
