To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from the Chemistry program at each school on the list.

Our 2023 rankings named Columbia University in the City of New York the most popular school in the United States for chemistry students working on their graduate certificate. Located in the city of New York, Columbia is a private not-for-profit school with a fairly large student population.

Out of the 27 schools in the United States that were part of this year’s ranking, Syracuse University landed the # 2 spot on the list. Syracuse is a fairly large private not-for-profit school located in the medium-sized city of Syracuse.
