Women make up 36% of the chemistry majors at the school.

The in-demand bachelor’s degree programs at University of Massachusetts Amherst helped the school earn the #2 place on this year’s ranking of the most popular chemistry schools in Massachusetts. UMass Amherst is a very large public school located in the suburb of Amherst.

Of the 34 students majoring in chemistry at UMass Amherst, 56% are male and 44% are female.
