You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. It ranked #2 on our 2023 Most Popular Medicine Doctor’s Degree Schools in the Southwest Region list. UTHealth is a moderately-sized public school located in the large city of Houston.

Of the 238 students majoring in medicine at UTHealth, 47% are male and 53% are female.
