Our 2023 rankings named Georgia Southern University the most popular school in the Southeast Region for allied health professions students working on their bachelor’s degree. Located in the town of Statesboro, GaSou is a public school with a fairly large student population.

About 87% of the students majoring in allied health at the school are women while 13% are male.

After completing their Bachelor's Degree, allied health graduates from GaSou carry an average student debt load of $29,187. The average monthly payment of a loan this size is about $172, assuming that the borrower is on a 10-year repayment plan.

A rank of #2 on this year’s list means Western Carolina University is a great place for allied health professions students working on their bachelor’s degree. WCU is a large public school located in the distant town of Cullowhee.
