Our analysis found Columbia University in the City of New York to be the most popular school for East Asian languages students who want to pursue a master’s degree in the United States. Columbia is a very large private not-for-profit school located in the city of New York.

Philadelphia, PA

The in-demand master’s degree programs at University of Pennsylvania helped the school earn the #2 place on this year’s ranking of the most popular East Asian languages schools in the United States. Located in the large city of Philadelphia, UPenn is a private not-for-profit college with a fairly large student population.

Of the 17 students majoring in East Asian at UPenn, 24% are male and 76% are female.

A rank of #3 on this year’s list means Rutgers University - New Brunswick is a great place for East Asian languages students working on their master’s degree. Rutgers New Brunswick is a fairly large public school located in the city of New Brunswick.
