Our analysis found Gallaudet University to be the most popular school for American Sign Language students who want to pursue a master’s degree in the United States. Located in the city of Washington, Gallaudet is a private not-for-profit school with a small student population.

Out of the 7 schools in the United States that were part of this year’s ranking, University of Northern Colorado landed the # 2 spot on the list. University of Northern Colorado is a large public school located in the city of Greeley.

Of the 18 students majoring in ASL at University of Northern Colorado, 17% are male and 83% are female.

With a ranking of #6, Rochester Institute of Technology did quite well on this year’s most popular schools for American Sign Language students working on their master’s degree. RIT is a large private not-for-profit school located in the large suburb of Rochester.

About 83% of the students majoring in ASL at the school are women while 17% are male.
