Our 2023 rankings named University of Florida the most popular school in the Southeast Region for engineering students working on their graduate certificate. UF is a fairly large public school located in the medium-sized city of Gainesville.

Auburn, AL

The in-demand graduate certificate programs at Auburn University helped the school earn the #2 place on this year’s ranking of the most popular engineering schools in the Southeast Region . Located in the city of Auburn, Auburn is a public school with a fairly large student population.

Of the 90 students majoring in engineering at Auburn, 77% are male and 23% are female.

Durham, NC

A rank of #3 on this year’s list means Duke University is a great place for engineering students working on their graduate certificate. Duke is a large private not-for-profit school located in the city of Durham.

About 43% of the students majoring in engineering at the school are women while 57% are male.

The in-demand graduate certificate programs at Louisiana Tech University helped the school earn the #4 place on this year’s ranking of the most popular engineering schools in the Southeast Region . Louisiana Tech is a fairly large public school located in the town of Ruston.

About 32% of the students majoring in engineering at the school are women while 68% are male.
