In our regional and nationwide rankings, out-of-state tution and fees are used in our calculations. For statewide rankings, we use average in-state tuition and fees.

Best Southeast Region Schools for Affordable Quality in Nuclear Engineering

Our analysis found Georgia Institute of Technology - Main Campus to be the best value school for nuclear engineering students who want to pursue a degree in the Southeast Region . Located in the large city of Atlanta, Georgia Tech is a public college with a fairly large student population.

Georgia Tech undergraduate students pay an average of $33,964 in tuition and fees each year. On average, nuclear engineering graduates from Georgia Tech take out $25,938 in student loans while working on their degree.

In addition to its best value ranking, and one of the reasons why the school is on the list, Georgia Tech is ranked #2 for overall quality for nuclear engineering in the Southeast Region .
