This report analyzed 17 schools in the Rocky Mountains Region to see which ones were the most popular doctor's degree programs for students. To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from the Education program at each school on the list.

Our analysis found University of Utah to be the most popular school for education students who want to pursue a doctor’s degree in the Rocky Mountains Region . Located in the midsize city of Salt Lake City, U of U is a public college with a fairly large student population.

Of the 45 students majoring in education at U of U, 36% are male and 64% are female.

Denver, CO

Out of the 17 schools in the Rocky Mountains Region that were part of this year’s ranking, University of Denver landed the # 2 spot on the list. Located in the city of Denver, DU is a private not-for-profit school with a fairly large student population.

About 62% of the students majoring in education at the school are women while 38% are male.

The in-demand doctor’s degree programs at University of Northern Colorado helped the school earn the #3 place on this year’s ranking of the most popular education schools in the Rocky Mountains Region . University of Northern Colorado is a fairly large public school located in the city of Greeley.

Women make up 73% of the education majors at the school.

Located in the large city of Denver, CU Anschutz is a public school with a very large student population.

About 81% of the students majoring in education at the school are women while 19% are male.
