This report analyzed 100 schools in the New England Region to see which ones were the most popular bachelor's degree programs for students. To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from the Education program at each school on the list.

The colleges and universities below are the most popular for education majors pursuing a bachelor's degree.

Bridgewater, MA

Our 2023 rankings named Bridgewater State University the most popular school in the New England Region for education students working on their bachelor’s degree. Located in the large suburb of Bridgewater, Bridgewater State is a public school with a medium-sized student population.

About 71% of the students majoring in education at the school are women while 29% are male.

Out of the 100 schools in the New England Region that were part of this year’s ranking, Southern Connecticut State University landed the # 2 spot on the list. SCSU is a medium-sized public school located in the midsize city of New Haven.
