Our analysis found Louisiana State University and Agricultural & Mechanical College to be the most popular school for construction management students who want to pursue a bachelor’s degree in the United States. Located in the city of Baton Rouge, Louisiana State University is a public school with a fairly large student population.

Of the 180 students majoring in construction management at Louisiana State University, 86% are male and 14% are female.

This translates to an average monthly loan payment of $198, based on a 10-year repayment plan.

You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Appalachian State University. It ranked #2 on our 2023 Most Popular Construction Management Bachelor’s Degree Schools list. Appalachian State is a very large public school located in the town of Boone.

Of the 131 students majoring in construction management at Appalachian State, 85% are male and 15% are female.

After completing their Bachelor's Degree, construction management graduates from Appalachian State carry an average student debt load of $21,424. When it comes time to repay the loan, graduates who are on a 10-year repayment plan pay an average monthly payment of $233.

Located in the small suburb of San Luis Obispo, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo is a public college with a fairly large student population.

The in-demand bachelor’s degree programs at Wentworth Institute of Technology helped the school earn the #5 place on this year’s ranking of the most popular construction management schools in the United States. WIT is a small private not-for-profit school located in the large city of Boston.

Of the 106 students majoring in construction management at WIT, 90% are male and 10% are female.
