Our analysis looked at 18 schools in the Southeast Region to see which programs offered the best value experiences for construction management students with the aim of identifying those quality schools that are more affordable than some of their counterparts.
Our ranking of value is based on the quality of a program as defined in our per sticker price dollar. More specifically, we discount our quality score by the published tuition and fees charged by a school. This gives the cost per unit of quality for each college. The value is determined by how much quality your dollar buys.
In our regional and nationwide rankings, out-of-state tution and fees are used in our calculations. Average in-state tuition and fees are used for our statewide rankings.
Top 10 Best Construction Management Schools
Our 2023 rankings named Baton Rouge Community College the best value school in the Southeast Region for construction management students. BRCC is a medium-sized public school located in the medium-sized city of Baton Rouge.
Out-of-state tuition fees for undergraduate students at BRCC are $4,221 per year. On average, construction management graduates from BRCC take out $12,250 in student loans while working on their degree.

A rank of #2 on this year’s list means Everglades University is a great value for construction management students. Everglades U is a small private not-for-profit school located in the city of Boca Raton.
Everglades U undergraduate students pay an average of $18,920 in tuition and fees each year. On average, construction management graduates from Everglades U take out $48,000 in student loans while working on their degree.

The excellent programs at Clemson University helped the school earn the #3 place on this year’s ranking of the best construction management schools in the Southeast Region . Located in the suburb of Clemson, Clemson is a public school with a fairly large student population.
