Our analysis found Howard University to be the best value school for general biology students who want to pursue a degree in District of Columbia. Howard is a large private not-for-profit school located in the city of Washington.

The average tuition and fees for an in-state undergraduate at Howard are $28,916 a year. On average, biology graduates from Howard take out $26,000 in student loans while working on their degree.
