With a ranking of #10, Savannah College of Art and Design did quite well on this year’s best value schools for architectural sciences and technology students. Located in the medium-sized city of Savannah, SCAD is a private not-for-profit college with a large student population.

Out-of-state tuition fees for undergraduate students at SCAD are $38,840 per year. Architect Science majors at SCAD take out an average of $27,000 in student loans while working on their egree.
