Our 2023 rankings named Saint Louis Community College the most popular school in Missouri for students working on their associate degree. Located in Saint Louis, Missouri, the fairly large public school handed out 2,102 associate degree awards in 2020-2021.
In-state students pay an average of $5,295 in tuition and fees if they attend Saint Louis Community College full time. Those students who come from outside the state pay an average of $7,155. On average, associate degree students take out $13,964 in loans while pursuing their degree. Around 67% of those degree recipients were women.
Depending on your major, you may be able to take online classes at Saint Louis Community College. Of all the undergraduates enrolled at the school during the 2019-2020 academic year, around 80% took at least some of their classes online.
You’ll be in good company if you attend Metropolitan Community College - Kansas City. The school came in at #2 on this year’s Most Popular Associate Degree Schools in Missouri list. Located in Kansas City, Missouri, the fairly large public school awarded 1,868 diplomas to qualifed associate degree students in 2020-2021.
By the time they get their associate degree, students from this school have racked up an average of $16,587 in student loans. Around 65% of those degree recipients were women.

Out of the 60 schools in Missouri that were part of this year’s ranking, Ozarks Technical Community College landed the # 3 spot on the list. Located in Springfield, Missouri, the fairly large public school handed out 1,607 associate degree awards in 2020-2021.
The average in-state tuition and fees for students at OTC is $4,924. Out-of-state students pay an average of $6,028. On average, associate degree students take out $19,198 in loans while pursuing their degree. Of those students who received their degree, 63% were women.

You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend St Charles Community College. It ranked #4 on our 2023 Most Popular Associate Degree Schools in Missouri list. Located in Cottleville, Missouri, the medium-sized public school awarded 847 diplomas to qualifed associate degree students in 2020-2021.
The average in-state tuition and fees for students at SCC is $5,190. Those students who come from outside the state pay an average of $6,900.
