Our analysis found The College of New Jersey to be the best value school for students who want to pursue a graduate certificate in New Jersey. This medium-sized public school is located in Ewing, New Jersey, and it awarded 116 graduate certificates in 2020-2021.
The average tuition and fees for an out-of-state graduate students at TCNJ are $15,031 a year.
One thing to take note of is that TCNJ does offer online graduate classes in some areas. Of all the graduate students enrolled at the school during the 2019-2020 academic year, around 99% took at least some of their classes online.
