Our analysis found Eastern New Mexico University - Main Campus to be the best value school for air transportation students who want to pursue a bachelor’s degree in the Southwest Region . Located in the remote town of Portales, ENMU - Main Campus is a public school with a small student population.

The average tuition and fees for an out-of-state undergraduate student at ENMU - Main Campus are $8,568 a year. While working on their Bachelor's Degree, air transport majors at ENMU - Main Campus accumulate an average of around $18,298 in student debt.

The school came in at #2 on this year’s Best Value Air Transportation Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the Southwest Region list. UNT is a fairly large public school located in the medium-sized city of Denton.

The average tuition and fees for an out-of-state undergraduate student at UNT are $20,906 a year. While working on their Bachelor's Degree, air transport majors at UNT accumulate an average of around $22,421 in student debt.

Out of the 6 schools in the Southwest Region that were part of this year’s ranking, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University - Prescott landed the # 3 spot on the list. Located in the rural area of Prescott, Embry-Riddle Prescott is a private not-for-profit college with a small student population.

The average tuition and fees for an out-of-state undergraduate student at Embry-Riddle Prescott are $38,966 a year. After completing their Bachelor's Degree, air transport graduates from Embry-Riddle Prescott carry an average student debtload of $22,830. The average monthly payment of a loan this size is about $1,177, assuming that the borrower is on a 10-year repayment plan.
