Our 2023 rankings named Rose State College the best value school in Oklahoma for social sciences students. RSC is a moderately-sized public school located in the suburb of Midwest City.
In-state tuition fees for undergraduate students at RSC are $4,754 per year. After completing their degree, social sciences graduates from RSC carry an average student debtload of $10,344.
