Our 2023 rankings named Utah State University the most popular school in the Rocky Mountains Region for economics students working on their bachelor’s degree. USU is a very large public school located in the small city of Logan.

About 48% of the students majoring in economics at the school are women while 52% are male.

After completing their Bachelor's Degree, economics graduates from USU carry an average student debt load of $17,083.

The in-demand bachelor’s degree programs at University of Colorado Boulder helped the school earn the #2 place on this year’s ranking of the most popular economics schools in the Rocky Mountains Region . Located in the midsize city of Boulder, CU - Boulder is a public college with a very large student population.

About 20% of the students majoring in economics at the school are women while 80% are male.

After completing their Bachelor's Degree, economics graduates from CU - Boulder carry an average student debt load of $16,856. This translates to an average monthly loan payment of $630, based on a 10-year repayment plan.

About 22% of the students majoring in economics at the school are women while 78% are male.
