Our 2023 rankings named Columbia University in the City of New York the most popular school in the Middle Atlantic Region for anthropology students working on their doctor’s degree. Columbia is a very large private not-for-profit school located in the city of New York.

About 55% of the students majoring in anthropology at the school are women while 45% are male.
