The Best Value Anthropology Schools in the New England Region ranking is one of many tools that Course Advisor has developed to help you make your educational decision. This report analyzed 34 schools in the New England Region to see which ones offered the best value programs for anthropology students. The goal was to highlight schools with more affordable prices than others offering similar quality experiences.

Our ranking of value is based on the quality of a program as defined in our per sticker price dollar. More specifically, we discount our quality score by the published tuition and fees charged by a school. This gives the cost per unit of quality for each college. The value is determined by how much quality your dollar buys.

In our regional and nationwide rankings, out-of-state tution and fees are used in our calculations. Average in-state tuition and fees are used for our statewide rankings.

Our analysis found Yale University to be the best value school for anthropology students who want to pursue a degree in the New England Region . Located in the city of New Haven, Yale is a private not-for-profit school with a large student population.

The average tuition and fees for an out-of-state undergraduate student at Yale are $59,950 a year.

The school came in at #2 on this year’s Best Value Anthropology Schools in the New England Region list. SNHU is a fairly large private not-for-profit school located in the medium-sized suburb of Manchester.

Out-of-state tuition fees for undergraduate students at SNHU are $15,380 per year. Anthropology majors at SNHU take out an average of $34,448 in student loans while working on their egree.
