To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from the Social Work program at each school on the list.

Our 2023 rankings named The University of Tennessee - Knoxville the most popular school in the Southeast Region for social work students. Located in the midsize city of Knoxville, UT Knoxville is a public college with a fairly large student population.

On average, social work graduates from UT Knoxville take out $22,000 in student loans while working on their degree.
