Our 2023 rankings named The University of Alabama the most popular school in Alabama for general psychology students working on their bachelor’s degree. Located in the city of Tuscaloosa, UA is a public school with a very large student population.

Of the 306 students majoring in psychology at UA, 19% are male and 81% are female.

For students who choose a 10-year repayment plan, the average monthly student loan payment is $765.

Troy, AL

Out of the 23 schools in Alabama that were part of this year’s ranking, Troy University landed the # 2 spot on the list. TROY is a large public school located in the remote town of Troy.

About 83% of the students majoring in psychology at the school are women while 17% are male.
