Our 2023 rankings named Rice University the most popular school in Texas for physics students working on their doctor’s degree. Located in the large city of Houston, Rice is a private not-for-profit school with a moderately-sized student population.
Of the 21 students majoring in physics at Rice, 57% are male and 43% are female.
