Our analysis found University of Michigan - Ann Arbor to be the best value school for mathematics students who want to pursue a degree in Michigan. U-M is a fairly large public school located in the midsize city of Ann Arbor.
U-M undergraduate students pay an average of $17,193 in in-state tuition and fees each year. While working on their degree, math majors at U-M accumulate an average of around $21,040 in student debt.

Located in the remote town of Houghton, Michigan Tech is a public school with a moderately-sized student population.
