This report analyzed 29 schools in the United States to see which ones were the most popular doctor's degree programs for students. To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from the Liberal Arts General Studies program at each school on the list.

The following schools top our list of the Most Popular Liberal Arts General Studies Doctor's Degree Colleges.

Our analysis found The University of Texas at Dallas to be the most popular school for liberal arts general studies students who want to pursue a doctor’s degree in the United States. UT Dallas is a fairly large public school located in the medium-sized city of Richardson.

Of the 13 students majoring in liberal arts at UT Dallas, 54% are male and 46% are female.

A rank of #2 on this year’s list means Clark Atlanta University is a great place for liberal arts general studies students working on their doctor’s degree. Located in the city of Atlanta, CAU is a private not-for-profit school with a small student population.

Women make up 55% of the liberal arts majors at the school.

Out of the 29 schools in the United States that were part of this year’s ranking, University of Maryland - Baltimore County landed the # 3 spot on the list. UMBC is a large public school located in the suburb of Baltimore.

Of the 10 students majoring in liberal arts at UMBC, 50% are male and 50% are female.
