To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from the Public Health program at each school on the list.

Our analysis found Benedictine University to be the most popular school for public health students who want to pursue a master’s degree in the Great Lakes Region . Located in the large suburb of Lisle, Benedictine U is a private not-for-profit school with a small student population.

Of the 321 students majoring in public health at Benedictine U, 22% are male and 78% are female.

Indianapolis, IN

A rank of #2 on this year’s list means Purdue University Global is a great place for public health students working on their master’s degree. Located in the small city of Indianapolis, Purdue University Global is a public school with a very large student population.

Women make up 76% of the public health majors at the school.

A rank of #3 on this year’s list means University of Illinois at Chicago is a great place for public health students working on their master’s degree. Located in the city of Chicago, UIC is a public college with a very large student population.

About 81% of the students majoring in public health at the school are women while 19% are male.

Located in the large suburb of Addison, Chamberlain - Illinois is a private for-profit college with a fairly large student population.
