This report analyzed 46 schools in Washington to see which ones were the most popular programs for students. To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from the Nursing program at each school on the list.

Our 2023 rankings named Washington State University the most popular school in Washington for nursing students. Located in the distant town of Pullman, Wazzu is a public college with a fairly large student population.

The average amount in student loans that nursing majors at Wazzu take out is $23,500. Assuming that a graduate chooses a 10-year repayment plan, the average monthly loan payment is $202.

Seattle, WA

You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around you if you attend Seattle University. The school came in at #2 on this year’s Most Popular Nursing Schools in Washington list. Seattle U is a moderately-sized private not-for-profit school located in the large city of Seattle.

On average, nursing graduates from Seattle U take out $26,000 in student loans while working on their degree. Assuming that a graduate chooses a 10-year repayment plan, the average monthly loan payment is $722.
