Our 2023 rankings named Mount Wachusett Community College the best value school in Massachusetts for allied health and medical assisting services students working on their undergraduate certificate. MWCC is a small public school located in the rural area of Gardner.

The average tuition and fees for an in-state undergraduate at MWCC are $5,668 a year. On average, medical assisting graduates from MWCC take out $10,777 in student loans while working on their Undergraduate Certificate.
