Our 2023 rankings named University of North Carolina at Charlotte the most popular school in the Southeast Region for Germanic languages students working on their bachelor’s degree. Located in the large city of Charlotte, UNC Charlotte is a public school with a very large student population.
Of the 21 students majoring in German at UNC Charlotte, 57% are male and 43% are female.

The in-demand bachelor’s degree programs at College of Charleston helped the school earn the #2 place on this year’s ranking of the most popular Germanic languages schools in the Southeast Region . C of C is a fairly large public school located in the city of Charleston.
