Our 2023 rankings named Southern New Hampshire University the most popular online school in the United States for writing studies students working on their bachelor’s degree. Located in the suburb of Manchester, SNHU is a private not-for-profit school with a very large student population.

About 78% of the students majoring in writing at the school are women while 22% are male.

After completing their Bachelor's Degree, writing graduates from SNHU carry an average student debtload of $33,418.

Norfolk, VA

The in-demand online bachelor’s degree programs at Old Dominion University helped the school earn the #2 place on this year’s ranking of the best writing studies schools in the United States. Located in the city of Norfolk, Old Dominion is a public college with a very large student population.

Of the 225 students majoring in writing at Old Dominion, 36% are male and 64% are female.
