Out of the 38 schools in Virginia that were part of this year’s ranking, Virginia Commonwealth University landed the # 2 spot on the list. Located in the midsize city of Richmond, VCU is a public school with a very large student population.

Of the 96 students majoring in English at VCU, 41% are male and 59% are female.
